Bloom Shortbread Cookies began its journey in 2020 as Le Fouet in Belgium, where we lovingly crafted a range of baked delights—from delicate shortbread cookies to beautiful cakes and cupcakes. In 2023, we brought our passion for baking across the ocean to the US, focusing on what we love most: creating personalized, elegant shortbread cookies that add a meaningful touch to your special moments.
