Our shortbreads are lovingly handmade and perishable, which is why all sales are final. We don't accept returns or offer refunds for these items.

We truly want you to be happy with your order! If you receive shortbreads with incorrect customization, an inaccurate quantity, or damage from transit, please contact us at info@bloomshortbread.com within 48 hours of delivery. To help us resolve it quickly, please include clear photos of both the shortbreads and their packaging.
